Increasing Profit - Peter Brown, MD at Jack Richards & Son

Orchestrator has been working closely with Jack Richards & Son for over three years in the development of Orchestrator.  Jack Richards continues to be a valued proactive member of the Orchestrator User Community, helping push forward Orchestrator's development and innovations.  

Jack Richards has recently launched its new website www.jackrichards.co.uk, which was built using the new Orchestrator Content Management System (CMS).   Jack Richards' customers can access the Orchestrator Customer Portal via the Jack Richards website, allowing them to self-serve by using POD search and viewing functionality amongst other features.  The CMS allows Jack Richards to immediately add news articles, update and change any content and add and remove pages and menu items from their website as required.

Orchestrator is a critical line of business application which has enabled Jack Richards to grow their revenue and increase profit, a recent comment from MD Peter Brown further emphasised Orchestrator's value to the business, "We aim to add 1-2% to our bottom line per month using the Extras functionality alone".
