Training and Deployment

We have designed Orchestrator to be easy to implement, intuitive and usable which significantly reduces training costs. We have created an integrated deployment and training plan to ensure that your employees find Orchestrator simple to use from day one.

Orchestrator is designed to streamline the delivery of your customisation and integration requirements so that we can deliver on time. We'll work directly with any third parties to ensure integration projects run smoothly and to plan.

The Process

You will be assigned a deployment manager who will oversee the whole delivery, training and implementation process through to the end of your first month.  We will work on site with your team to give you the confidence that expertise is at hand.

We believe that training should be specific to the needs of the business and individual. We will meet with the key team members to design a tailored training and deployment process.  Typically we would provide a combination of classroom and practical workshops with team leads and department heads so that they become internal experts on certain areas of the software.

Throughout the implementation process we aim to provide simplicity, positive experiences and reduce risks.
