Duncan Cardwell

Duncan completed an information systems degree in 1994 and joined a Norwich based software house as a developer and after four years was promoted to development manager.  In 1998 at the start of the Internet boom, Duncan decided to pursue a career as a contractor and worked as a developer for a number of large organisations, including BT, Norwich Union and Morley Fund Management.  During this time he specialised in data architecture design and data migration projects.

Duncan's entrepreneurial drive led him to found P1 Technology Partners with Greg and Jason in 2003 where his role developed into business development.  As the Sales and Client Services Director of Orchestrator, Duncan is instrumental in shaping and developing the services and commercial proposition and in winning new clients.
