Nicholls go live and see benefits already

Nicholls went live on Orchestrator on the 9th of June, exactly as planned back in April.
Darren Sherlock, Company Secretary at Nicholls shares some of the experience:
"Whilst the change from a manual system to that of a computerised system seemed a daunting prospect, Orchestrator's staff were extremely confident that the changeover would not be as traumatic as we would have expected. The fact that two of Orchestrator's support staff were present during Go Live proved to be a great idea as they were on hand to deal with any issues as they cropped up.
On the whole we coped well with the implementation. Going live on a Monday proved to be of benefit as we used the weekend to key in replicate fleet and job/order data alongside our manual system so that on the Monday we were in effect already Live.
We quickly found that the system improved our operations, the customised elements helped enormously. We can already see benefits in being able to quickly call up order information as well as having live data available for all of our transport and back office staff to call and act upon (as well as being able to view and use the system remotely). Being able to offer our clients their own portal to view their KPI and POD data has already cut incoming calls."
